Welcome to Fitness Benchmark LV2, the second stage in your tennis fitness journey. This program is designed to help you enhance your fitness foundation, crucial for tennis development at all levels. Goal: Complete the workout within the allotted time. Once you achieve this, you can advance to Level 3. How: As you already have a solid foundation in the exercises by completing Level 1, aim to complete this workout within 30 minutes, allowing for ample breaks. Frequency: Attempt the workout 2 to 3 times per week, on alternating days or with 2 days of rest between sessions. Track Your Progress: Record your start and finish times, and strive for gradual, steady improvements.
