This is level 3 for Tennis fitness benchmark. The Goal: Complete the workout in the allotted time. Once you are able to do so, send me an email and let's talk about next steps. How: Take your time in the beginning stages/weeks of training. Try to complete the workout within 1hr with ample breaks in between. Frequency: Attempt the workout 2x or 3x each week on alternating days or with 2 days of rest between attempts. Track: Mark how long it takes from start to finish and try to make gradual/steady improvements in your time.
